If the Username you entered is correct, a Password Reset link will be sent to the current email address contained in your profile. If you do not receive the password reset link within 10 minutes, verify that you entered the correct username and be sure to check your junk mailbox. Also, be sure to white list maa-usa.org in your email client.
NOTE:
If a link in an email from MAA is not working or you get a “link has expired” message, the cause is most likely your email client changing the link by adding the parameter "amp;" to the link.

You can correct this problem by deleting the "amp;" parameter from the link and pasting the revised link to your web browser.

If you don't receive an email with a reset link, it is most likely that you have entered an incorrect username, your email address has changed and you did not update your member profile or your firewall solution is blocking our emails (especially if you are using Barracuda).
