Fall Education Session
The Michigan Assessors Association, offers a series of educational opportunities for Assessment Administrators and Appraisers. Fall course curriculum consists of classes developed by the Michigan Assessors Association and Michigan State Tax Commission. 2020 Fall Education Session runs from October 6 - 8, 2021 in Boyne Falls, MI. Webinars
Remote learning has become the new normal in Michigan, at least for the remainder of 2020. Therefore the MAA Education Committee has developed three new virtual learning opportunities for Michigan's property tax professionals. These three courses will take place during the month of August. An MAA Designation provides an opportunity for property tax professionals to distinguish themselves among their peers in the assessment administration profession. The MAA professional designation also tells your employer and/or potential employers that you stand out in your profession and have achieved a level of expertise that is unique among other professionals.

Annual Summer Conference
The Michigan Assessors Association's annually conducts a Summer Conference offering quality continuing educational content. Attendees are also afforded the opportunity to meet with fellow professionals to build the important networks that are invaluable in their career development and beneficial to their local units. The 2021 Summer conference will take place at the Boyne Mountain, Boyne Falls MI, August 08 - August 11, 2021 and will offer 16 hours of continuing education credit.
